Grant Applications

Mendocino Rotary seeks applications for grants

Mendocino Rotary is now looking for North Coast non-profits and charities to apply for grants to meet their particular need. For over 50 years, Mendocino Rotary has raised money to provide grants to improve our community. Rotary has now granted thousands of dollars to support local pre-schools, a homeless shelter, children’s education at the Mendocino Community Center, children’s art at the Mendocino Art Center, equipment for the Volunteer Fire Departments in Mendocino, Elk, Comptche, and Albion-Little River, Ford House, Kelley House Museum and many others.

Does your organization have a project that needs funding? We may be able to help. Please provide a detailed description of your project along with your latest financial report. In your application please explain how filling this need is important, how it will benefit the community and why it is important to your organization. Applications up to $2,000 will be favored but an application for more than that will be carefully considered.

The deadline for submitting your information is March 1, 2024, so please get your request in ASAP. Applicants should write to Mendocino Rotary, Community Service Committee, P.O. Box 102, Mendocino, California 95460, attn. Margaret Black, Chairperson. We hope we can help you with your project.
