    My name is Cindi Whitlock. My daughter, Birke`, who is 17 years old, is planning to spend her Junior Year of High School studying in Kigali, Rwanda at the Internation School there. She is hoping to talk to service clubs in our community about possible financial assistance. Would it be possible for her to come and talk to your group?
